Fitness Modeling is my part time work, something I love to do. I am in shape all year round. I have one desire that I will always become an impact and a blessing for others life. I want to maximize my full potential to always do my best especially in the Health and Fitness Industry. I've been competing naturally in a professional life style in most categories such as Bodybuilding, Fitness America, Figure and Physique. My goal is to teach anyone weight training can be a physical outlet and is one of the best ways to relieve stress. Often, stress is associated with a lack of control, so taking the time out to remind ourself that you are in control of your body is a great way to establish a calming control. However the bodybuilding career is time sensitive, so I believe Model Mayhem is a great way to stay positive in all you've invested and keep moving forward.
