About Me

Hi! My name is Laura Wojciechowski, but people call me Laura Wojo or Lojo (short for Laura and Wojciechowski smashed together). I’m a lover of everything fitness and believe that good nutrition leads the way! I’m dedicated to feeding the mind, body and soul. My passion is sculpting bodies, clean eating and living to 120 years enjoying every moment of it!

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and nutrition guru in the Atlanta area with a BFA in graphic arts. I currently won this years 2016 Atlanta Sexiest Most Fit Body competition and a nationally qualified NPC bikini competitor. I compete in regular fitness competitions based on perfect symmetry and lean body mass to further my education about the body and nutrition. I enjoy competing in bikini competitions. Each competition I learn more and more about health and fitness and become more able to help others along there fitness journeys. However, in order to make a name for myself, I need to have constant updated photography displaying me as a fitness role model. Photography is expensive and it would mean so much to me to get to work with other talented artists.
