About Me

I am a husband and father of 3 beautiful children and gorgeous wife. I am also a personal trainer and bodybuilding coach. I love health and fitness and have a passion for helping others achieve their greatness whatever that may be. I have always wanted to grace the covers of fitness magazines or do commercial ads on TV or print.
