Hello,

I am just starting out as an artist. I am a science teacher by trade (biology, chemistry and physics). I have a degree in medicine. I began sketching several years ago as a hobby, I am self-taught. This past year I have been very serious and actively building a portfolio of work. I do primarily portraits, charcoal and graphite, from photos. I have only worked on photos that have moved me but that have been taken by other artists and now I would like to create images that come from my own design, independently created, composed and executed. I hope to find people that move me to create a picture based on both their physical appearance and personality. I wish everyone here the best.
