Everyone is full of character. It is only a question of whether I am able to coax you into revealing some part of it to me. Sometimes people wear their character on their sleeves, and things are easy. Other people require more work to find a way in, but that can be more interesting!

In every shoot there is a problem to solve, a problem that has to do with understanding the model, the theme and how the two interact with me and the camera. The solution is always there, but it will never be the same, and it will always be unexpected. In these, and all my photographic work, i am simply seeking to create an environment through lighting, composition, and styling that allows the physical story that the model has to tell (whether true or made up for the day) to find a way through.
