I have always appreciated the art of photography. The fact that one can capture an image for eternity with a split second of the shutter has always fascinated me. There is so much beauty in our world, yet it seems that it can be missed so quickly as we simply don't open our eyes enough. That's one of the many reasons I love photography as much as I do. If you can capture a beautiful image, you might get someone to stop and take the time to look at it. You might make them forget the moment they are in and fall into an unplanned, unpredicted state that could change their mood, attitude, or perspective, even if only for a brief moment.

That is what art is all about, right? I love to create art, and I feel the Images I create are art.
I believe in the art of photography and I strive to be better at the art as long as I have the ability and privilege to do so.
