Rayna McDonald is a body artist born & raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She has lived & worked in several provinces across Canada and has had the pleasure of calling both coasts home; however her love of the Rocky Mountains keeps drawing her back to Calgary.

Through her lifelong love of the arts and by experimenting with creating projects in various mediums, Rayna has found that body art is where she wants to focus her creativity. She feels that the designs created with makeup, body paint and special effects often result in surreal illusions that are unattainable by other means. This, when combined with photography can immortalize the client as a work of art and can open a secret window into her imagination.

Over the last few years she has specialized in abstract body painting & airbrush concepts as well as creating and fabricating prosthetics to enhance her designs; her work has been shown at the Exposure Photography Festival and has appeared in the Plus One Collection, Skin Markz Magazine and Surreal Beauty Magazine.
