In 2015 my wife and life partner Stacy Carpenter died of cancer at the age of 39. For over two years we battled hard against this awful disease but eventually it won. Those two years were difficult as we put our dreams and goals aside to fight the bigger fight. Upon her passing I lost much of my JOY. A few months after her passing with the inspirational help of several close friends and family members I made a determined choice to find my joy no matter what it took. That joy is this. Photography has always brought me joy. It brings me life. It lifts me up when I struggled with my remodeling business or life has me down. Photography provides me with hope and gives me positive interactions with new people every week. I try to find beauty in everyone and the best part is that I get to make people look the best they've ever looked.
