Hi & thanks for checking my work,

Ive joined M/M to seek models Male or Female to help me build up a decent portfolio, i would describe myself as a serious enthusiast photographer who only shoots for pleasure.

The photography i like best & which got me hooked on the subject is mainly B/W & that vintage - retro look, i love the work of Bob Carlos Clark, Helmet Newton, Alfred Cheney Johnson, George Hurrell, modern day photographers include Crista Meola & Damien Lovegrove.

I previously worked backstage in Theatre for over 10years & really started to take an interest in lighting & props & this is something i would love to build into my Portfolio.

My main aim i suppose is to improve my confidence esp posing the subject & getting a certain look & style to my images, i feel confident enough with my camera & gear & have been on numerous courses over the last 4 years i just need to get as much shooting time with a model & preferably someone who has had experience working with a professional photographer so that they can hopefully pass on some tips to help me improve

Im willing to try out any style so if you have a preference as to what type of images you want to show to an Agency then thats fine with me, i have a large studio which i have built above my workshop in Sheffield approx 35ft long with changing rooms / toilet & loads of Professional lighting kit & props, i also like to shoot outside & im always on the look out for interesting locations so if you have a special place you would like to shoot please let me know.

Ive recently become a member of The Societies Of Photographers & need to start submitting some good images to work towards a qualification so if you would like to try & work with me please do not hesitate to drop me a line.
