Lise Souza, Brazilian. I've been living in US since 2013. Photography has always been a passion in my life, but I only started studying photography in 2016 when I became a member of HCP (Houston Center for Photography). At that time I took several courses such as Photography I, II and III, Composition I and II, Lighting, Landscape, Street Photography, Night Photography, Photographing families, Photoshop and Lightroom. Then I decided to get out there and practice everything I've learned. It is incredible how you start seeing things so differently, looking for a new POV, a great perspective and the amazing lighting to take that perfect picture.
When it comes to shooting people is when it becomes even more interesting. Capturing great moments that will be kept forever as unforgettable memories make us feel so special and powerful that I decided to become a professional photographer. I also love Night and Astrophotography. It is really rewarding to create that kind of images.
I've attended several Workshops this year such as with Jason Lanier in Houston, Elena Shumilova, in Los Gatos, California and Tara Lesher, Virginia. Besides, I keep constantly educating my myself online, learning about PS editing with some of my favorite and inspiring photographers.
