Let’s Face it…a picture really is worth a thousand words. What actors and performers have known for decades is now the new reality for everyone. A great photograph can open a lot of doors. And a mediocre one can close them just as quickly.  We use them in social media, LinkedIn, on EVERY dating site, Google search, Facebook page and increasing in the corporate world. We rely on photographs to sell us, to give us an edge. A great photograph can get you the interview, the agent, the first date, or the booking. So to stay competitive in today’s market…IMAGE IS EVERYTHING.

I have a keen understanding of this.  I spent a good deal of my professional life in the entertainment industry and bring that perspective and sensibility to my work as a photographer and editor. I’ve been on the other side of the camera and I've never forgotten the unique challenges of that experience.  I’ve also worked with some great photographers and learned that the energy between the photographer and subject was THE single most important element in a getting a really great photograph.

I’ve learned that lesson well. During my photo sessions, I work to make them fun and engaging, to create an atmosphere where you feel safe to experiment and reveal the true reflection of who you are.  I think it’s the most important quality a photographer can have and I think that sensitively is what sets me apart. In our photo session, we work together, as a team, until we get "The Look", an image that is uniquely you. It's what I like to call an enhanced reality. It’s you…but AMAZINGLY you.
