Hi, my name is Marcus Melendez. I've been a photographer since 2009. My website is sonnyvisions.com. (currently restructuring), you'll find that most of my photography is of a candid nature, fine art if you will. I want to re-brand myself as a portrait and lifestyle photographer. I live in Deer Park on Long Island. Creating this MM account is the first step toward re-branding myself. Photographer's whose works currently influence the style of photography I want to pursue are; Joe McNally, Avedon, Fabrizio Ferri, Liebowitz, Sante D'Orazzio, and a few more. Most of these photographers shoot fashion, I'm not into fashion photography! Shooting portraiture in the style of a fashion photographer inspires me. I know that I'll need to work with a HMUA's to help me capture the images I am inspired to shoot. One more thing, I work in Brooklyn, so my availability is mostly weekends and evenings.
