I am Toronto based photographer whose passion for photography began on the streets. Having spent many a days wandering the busy streets of Toronto has enriched my knowledge of the many unexplored locations throughout the city. With an intrigue of urban culture, fashion, and lifestyles I began documenting the happenings in and around the city through my own experiences.

With a young bias spin on my earlier works, and inspiration from master photographers, Diane Arbuse and Garry Winogrand, I was mostly interested in exploring all the taboo ideas and communities the city was hiding behind the Bay Street suites. Church Streets gender bending bars, shady after hour clubs, Kensington Market and quirky Queen Street West were all backdrops for the photos I knew I wanted to make at that moment in time.

It is never about being at the right place at the right time for me, it’s just about being everywhere and anywhere you want to and having your camera close at hand. It is through this philosophy that each photograph I take is a direct piece of my personal experiences. Documenting culture and people allows me to expose my tantalizing love affair with the city, with people and with the world in general.

Today, my exploration of art, design colour, aesthetic and fashion have been the focus of my most recent works, with a new exploration of creating images that are of pure self expression, colour and love.

Grateful for the opportunity to pursue a passion as a career, I appreciates everyday as one to perfect my craft. I have graduated from Georgian College’s Digital Photography program and will be pursuing fashion photography with big dreams of the big city.
