It all started off when I was 100lbs overweight and behind the camera as an avid photographer. Now, almost 90lbs later, it's time I stepped up in front of the lens. I may not fit the runway ideal of modeling but social media has made it so easy for us to accept all body types and to promote body positivity. Modeling gives me a sense of self esteem and confidence so different from everyday life that I cannot fathom the anticipation of seeing what I can bring to the table.

I would like to use ModelMayhem as an outlet for the work that the photographers and I were able come up with in hopes of getting scouted. My ultimate goal would be to become signed off to agencies based in LA or NYC. However, I believe that small steps make a bigger impact on a career, taking every opportunity I can get.
