Rachel Olds has been playing volleyball for 20 years and owes her fit body entirely to it. She received awards such as All-County, All-State, Athlete of the Year and led her high school team to the Florida State Championship tournament and won the championship her senior year in 2006. Her desire to play at a higher level and receive a scholarship led her to become the starting libero as a freshman at the Division II University of South Carolina Upstate, where she broke the record for digs in 2006. Rachel went on to play
professional beach volleyball with the NVL and model.
