Welcome to Model Mayhem, Amy! Keep in mind that your profile can be seen by EVERYONE in
the world, not just members! For that reason, it is a BAD idea to show your email or as it will attract scammers, & perverts! You should remove it & instead, use MM's internal private messages with members, and limit who gets your email! Never trust email-only contacts!! To choose a profile photo, (called an Avatar) go to My Stuff, Photos, and, beside the shot you want to use, click Set As Avatar. With no experience, & undeveloped portfolio,it is both unrealistic and unreasonable to be demanding Paid Only Assignments at the very start! People here will just skip past you, to someone else! Paid shoots do NOT also include photos for you, so they won't help build a portfolio. Instead, you should seek to do some "trade" (TF) shoots, with good photographers, that "pay" you in quality images. You will gain a better portfolio and valuable experience, and then are in a better position to start asking for pay. For Compensation, it would be better to say Depends on Assignment.
