Hello, I am Iman Chishti. I am a New York City native fashion designer. My first line hit the stores in 1969. Shortly after that, I began an international hunt to find the most exotic and unique textiles and designs, as I worked in India and the Middle east and brought my findings back to New York.

My style is influenced by my travels, but ultimately it is my desire for easy to wear clothes that also look good and make you feel confident. These days, no longer source my textiles from far away lands, but rather LA's growing fashion district.

My goal is to design simple ready to wear for the chic woman in us all. Thank you for looking!
