Hello,

My name is Lauran and I am a bikini competitor with the National Physique Committee and an online fitness coach looking to expand my career outlets into the fitness and lifestyle modeling industry. My goal for my career is to inspire and motivate others to live a healthy and active lifestyle and to promote a positive body image for men and women. I am using my Model Mayhem page to provide me with opportunities to expand my experience with different types of modeling while also opening the doors to fitness modeling as well.

I am an extremely hard worker and dedicate everything I have to each competition prep and my clients daily. My goal for bodybuilding is to become a Professional Bodybuilder with the IFBB and to be on the Olympia stage.

My goal for my modeling career is to learn as much as I can while creating beautiful works of art with companies and private photographers. My ultimate goal is to one day be featured on the cover of a fitness magazine or a center fold.
