Also, if I travel to your location more than 25 miles, travel expense will need to be paid in addition to my rate. please do not be vague in your message. • How will my Images be Used?

• A Model Release Form is Required, if you do not have one I can provide one.
As stated before, I require model references before committing to any project and I do check them. Of course feel free to ask for references yourself.
Along with any other valid and relevant information you have pertaining the project.
