With a professional photography studio in the heart of Taipei, Taiwan, award winning photographer Steven Vigar was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada where he studied photography at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. He is a photographer and journalist for the Taipei Times and is a regular contributor for Up Against The Wall Asia. Currently Steven is traveling Taiwan, Asia and beyond working freelance and on-assignment for several publications. Vigar's most recent work can be found in/for Uncut Music Magazine (UK), Greenpeace, JPG, Taiwan Professional Photographers, Christian Dior, Tiger Airlines and Waakao (where he was voted Taiwan's top photographer in 2009 and 2010). Vigar specializes in documentary, travel and portraiture. He is available for editorial, commercial and advertising work.
