Thushara is a freelance photographer based in Sri Lanka. He graduated with a degree in Physical Science and is a Microsoft Citified Systems Engineer. Thushara work in Community Development field and specialised in ICT4D (ICT for development).
Born in 1979, Thushara started photography at the small age when he was in school. His creativity in photography had been appreciated with awards since his school age. He approaches each photograph as an expression of artistic excellence. He believes that the best images come from understanding the subject and the particular needs of each client. After spending the time to get to know each client unique needs; Thushara uses his artistic training and the tools of modern photography to create work that meets his exacting artistic standards.

Thushara has been a professional photographer for over 15 years. He won the second place at International ECN photography competition.
