About Me

I work hard.
My leisure time is spent pursuing passion. The things I most enjoy are creating music, writing, basketball, and hiking. I have been a part of the musical group Seabird (Signed to EMI, 2008). I have written music for Chicago Street Studios (2011).
I also teach on Communication and Conflict as well as write on emotional health.
My particular passion is anything outdoors related. Adventure mountaineering, hiking, ice climbing, summitting etc.
My writings vary from poetry to lifestyle and lessons learned.
I've done promo and commercial shoots as well as acting (film). I have a background in musical theatre and have played both piano and accordion professionally for 18 years.
