Hi,
To tell you the truth, I started as a dancer, and never imagined myself a model. In 2013, I had a catastrophic car accident, was pinned in my car 45 min, broke 9 bones, and spent six months in a wheelchair. For two years, I was overweight and depressed thinking I had ruined my body forever. In 2015, I left my husband, moved back in with my parents, started losing weight, and feeling better about myself. I did my first photography work after that (I had modeled for art classes and one painter who specialized in painting dancers before, but felt that these sessions weren’t really about my whole look (face included), and I didn’t really have the same confidence then). In the past few years, I’ve worked with a few photographers, and some shoots were nude. I think that due to having nearly lost my life, and the fact that it took some work to get my body back, I now have a kinda grounded, un-selfconscious presence that translates into the photos. I feel attractive, strong, and unique. Why not be a model?
