I first learned to love photography many years ago, with a Praktica 35mm SLR, however I rarely had the money to buy or develop film. After playing around with various compact cameras and camera phones I invested in a Nikon DSLR a few years ago and started taking photography more seriously (but still as a hobby).

I've shot a wide range of subjects such as landscape, wildlife, still life to street but until now I have done very little portraiture. I attended a course on studio lighting last year and worked with a great model and learnt a lot. I'm keen to learn more.
