About Me

I DO NOT update this profile or add any new work to this site. Visit http://www.michaelletterlough.com to see all of my latest work and projects!

Michael Letterlough Jr. is an accomplished, Award-winning fashion, commercial and portrait photographer whose work has been seen and published in national and international magazines such as: VOGUE, VOGUE Italia, GQ, InStyle, W Magazine, PEOPLE Magazine, Forbes, ELLE, Vibe, Ebony, and Essence, just to name a few. He's worked with many publishing companies, TV networks such as MTV, VH1 and BET, and movie production studios. He's also shot covers for international selling CD and best-selling book covers; major brands--such as JC Penny, Nike, the Bravo Network; top modeling agencies (Major, Ford, Elite, Click, Wilhelmina, NY Model Management to name a few), and countless celebrities—including the iconic Janet Jackson, legendary supermodels Beverly Johnson & Janice Dickinson, comedian Kevin Hart, and actors Ben Afflack and Meryl Streep.

I don't do many test shoots (or as you all like to say in the MM world, "TFP's") because my schedule and workload don't typically allow it. But shoot your shot if you're interested and you never know what may happen.

***PSA*** To all of you models out there...I have a bit of advice. When taking photos for your portfolio, make sure that what you're shooting with a photographer makes SENSE for your aspiring or active working career as a model. Don't shoot nudes just to shoot nudes for no reason. Think about this: is what you're shooting going to advance your career in ANY way? Will it or can it potentially make you money (even if that's on Onlyfans, lol)? Who and what is the work exposing you to? And ultimately, how will the images you are getting from a shoot benefit YOU? Is a company/brand, agency, etc. going to hire you based on the images you're taking? Make what you invest your time, energy and effort into make sense and benefit the bigger picture of where you're trying to go in your "career."
