About Me

My name is Jakob and I am a non professional Photographer from Basel in Switzerland. Photography was my big hobby when I was a teenager. Learned it the old fashion way - analog. Spent hours in the darkroom developing black and white photos. Years went by and the lack of time and many other responsibilities were the reason for not pushing it to professionalism.

Then some time ago, I found my love and passion for photography again! And since then I am again on that never ending path of learning and making experience - and I love it!

To find people here, who wan to go this journey with me, try things with me, see, learn and share things, so that we grow with each other, that would be great! Time is a luxury that I usually have not too much of - that's why I post only seldom on Instagram. Anyway, please check it out, let me know what you think - and let's work together!
