Hello world -

I am a freelance photographer specializing in concert, dance, and other live performance photography.

Graduated from the School of Media Arts & Design at James Madison University, with minors in music and philosophy. After college was appointed as the Music Director for the JMU Center for Theater and Dance, and worked at the local ABC-TV affiliate. I then moved to Chicago and worked in freelance film and video production for commercial clients including McDonalds and ABC Television.

Fascinated by advances in technology and their potential across many disciplines, I returned to Washington DC and earned a Masters in Information Technology from the George Washington University. I began working in the technology field, serving as CIO while renewing my passion for photography, music and video. In addition to performing in various music ensembles, I have covered both local and national concerts, and industry events such as SXSW and the NAMM show.

After leaving the IT industry, I started Near Infinity Studios to bring together talented creatives and forward-thinking clients to produce content that will stand apart in the constant rush of messages and images that fight for our attention.
