My name is Emily and I am a 4th year student at UWO. Each year, I organize a huge charity fashion show in March to raise awareness and funds about Mitochondrial Disease- A highly genetic disease that often affects young children, is not rare, but often gets misdiagnosed. I have been working very closely with the Hamilton-based Organization called MitoCanada for 2 years now ever since my friend's little baby boy was diagnosed with a terminal case of the illness (More info about the disease and the cause: http://www.mitocanada.org/about-mitocho … l-disease/)
I came across your profile and think you have all the features I am looking for to walk in this fashion show. As this is a Charity Fashion show, it is not going to be paid. However, this is definitely an opportunity you don't want to miss out on. We are expecting a huge crowd and this will be a great chance to get some exposure and some experience to add to your portfolio.
The Chanel Pour le Temps Charity Fashion Show is going to be London's most anticipated fashion show. It is truly going to be an experience that nobody in London will have ever imagined. It's definitely not going to be your average charity fashion show at the bar.... I have an amazing dedicated team of model managers, clothing managers, designers, charity reps who are all working hard to make this show a great success! The show is going to be held on March 24th at The Windermere Manour here in London. We are featuring 6 talented designers from the GTA who will be custom-designing 5 collections that each represent a time in Chanel's History. Put together, these collections will tell the legendary story of Chanel's life in chronological order: from her beginnings in the Orphanage where she was taught to sew by nuns, to her early years when she revolutionized conventional fashion at the time, and finally to her most iconic pieces that have become legendary in the world of Fashion- Chanel as we know it today- The Modern Woman.
