I am a photo hobbyist who enjoys taking the best photos I can while providing the most photos I can while maintaining a low cost. I figured Model Mayhem may be a good way to find local models wanting free photos for their portfolios (or personal use as well.)The models provide wardrobe, makeup, etc. and have the option of choosing their own location. I meet with the model and offer at least one hour of shoot time, though I usually am happy to shoot as long as the model wishes (schedule allowing).

My main preferred photo sets are in the pinup genre (modern and more traditional), though I am open to other ideas as well. Outside photos are also a preference, though I am open to indoors as well.

I do not provide printed copies. The model provides a USB drive or external and all photos will be given digitally with the full release forms. No photos are used or shared without the consent of the model and it is not required (though it is appreciated). Also, once the model receives their photos, the only copies I keep are the ones agreed upon to share my work. These pictures ultimately belong to the model and I think it is best if they are the only ones to have them, especially some of the more personal varieties.

Since I do not charge, I reserve the right to choose who I will and will not shoot. As I said, this is a hobby of mine; not a business.

Ultimately, I want the model to feel relaxed and just enjoy their photo shoot and I want (for me) to provide some quality photos the model can enjoy or share with whomever they so choose.
