I am an experienced, university and atelier trained, senior sculptor/painter residing in Victoria, BC.

My work is representational (naturalistic) and mostly focused on what photographers would call "headshots." I do not work directly from the model as some sculptors and painters do; I work almost exclusively from reference photographs. And so sessions to produce those reference photographs would resemble a regular photo shoot (with the exception that I am no photographer - I use my very modest photographic equipment as tools for making sculpture and paintings).

Presently, I am working with models who do interesting sculptural things with their hair (and thus the reference to Alphonse Mucha in my ID). I would also be interested in working with hair designers.
