I am Candace of C. Michelle Beauty, emerging freelance makeup artist based in Chicago, IL. I've been a makeup artist for 9 years. Throughout my career, I have led teams of makeup artist in stage production and assisted other artists; in addition to having personal clients. Currently, I assist veteran makeup artist Krystyn Johnson. I’m always willing to learn and challenge myself artistically. Recent projects include production for Cox Media (6/2019), Dyson (7/2019), and Miller Lite (7/2019). Additionally, I was Department Head of Makeup and Hair for independent film “Gossamer” (6/2019). Professionally, I am making strides to market myself more strategically. My goal is to become seasoned in production, build a strong portfolio, and cultivate great relationships in the business.
