Hello! My name is Risa Fox, I am a Model and Photographer from Syracuse, New York with 9 years of experience shooting in front of and behind the camera and retouching images. My Model MM account is #2446292. I began with photography in 2010 with a photography class in highschool, starting with a 35mm canon developing film and playing with my mother's Nikon digital SLR. I currently play with a Nikon P600 and a Sony Alpha a6000, though I believe that a good camera does not make for a good photographer, to achieve that requires vision.
From a very young age I knew I wanted to create elaborate images to portray concepts and ideas from my imagination. It was the only way to get the images out of my head. I began with self shooting at the age of 16 to start my modeling portfolio and achieved images that made other Photographers think I was shooting with professionals. I began teaching myself how to retouch images back in 2009 and have been creating ever since. Since I am a Model as well as a Photographer Ive gotten a lot of experience with posing and direction and can provide model direction on shoots. Im experienced with shooting multiple models at once and have provided model direction for Photographer and Model friends of mine.
I can achieve any style of image, I dont confine myself to one genre as I find experimenting a continuously rewarding experience.
