I was born in Los Angeles, CA and grew up in various states across the southern US. Moving to New York's Hudson Valley region as a teenager I finally found a place that felt like home.
I live in a small town in the Catskills, which is perfect for me as I love the outdoors and winter camping. I live with my wife and son as well as a veritable zoo of rescued pets.
Though I made a career in the tech world; both in IT management and network engineering, ever since I borrowed a coworker's DSLR I knew that photography was what I wanted to do.
I have spent several years photographing all kinds of events from youth sports and air shows to baptisms and red carpets, but most consistently what I have shot are headshots. If a picture is worth 1,000 words, a headshot tells the story of a person. You have one image that sums up your personality for all the world to see, so make it a good one.
