I'm new to Photography, but the desire to take photos of people, animals, and landscapes has always been a part of my life. To me photos are memories, flashbacks to great moments in our past and permanent reminders of the beauty that exists all over the world. I recently purchased a new D3500 this year, and I've had opportunities to photograph some wildlife and landscapes, but I want to work with models. I want to learn as much as possible from models and other photographers to improve my skills. Books and YouTube can only teach so much, I need hands on experience. I learned about this site from a coworker who modeled for people through here in the past, and he told me it's a great way to find models for the practice I'm seeking. I'm interested in doing free photos for any model willing to work with me and teach me any tips or techniques that will help me improve. Since I'm just starting out I'm not interested in money, just experience and learning. I can travel in my state to meet with people who are interested, and I'm willing to do any types of photos with male or female models. I'm hoping to build skills and a portfolio to show people my potential in the future. For now it's just a hobby, but down the road if I can make money doing what I love, that would be pretty cool.
