Hello everyone!
My name is Juan Cruz and I’m a freelance photographer based in New York City (Howard Beach, Queens). I consider myself a versatile photographer because I do social photography (portraits, sweet 16, birthdays, etc) as my regular job, but I'm doing more artistic nude, erotica, and bdsm photoshoots because I want to become an expert in this type of photography. Please read a little bit about myself below:

- I joined Model Mayhem to meet, work and collaborate with models on creative projects, especially related to artistic nude. I'm also open to do TFP as long as the concept proposed is interesting ( Cosplay, bodypaint, conceptual, boudoir, BDSM, etc). Don't be shy, send me a message to discuss ideas.

- Models can expect from me professionalism, transparency and respect. Since this type of work is delicate I always try to be as transparent as possible. I don't like surprises, that's why before a model accepts a proposal, I explain everything and encourage them to ask me questions. In all my photoshoots, models must sign model release forms.

- I only work with well behaved, open minded models. I prefer to work with amateurs but humble models, than to work with professionals who have terrible attitude. Basically, if you are a "karen", I don't want to work with you.

- I don't want to waste your time, so please don't waste mine. I know that things happens in life that are beyond our control, but cancelling a photoshoot in less than an hour (for example) is simply an irresponsibility.  It's very rare that I cancel a photoshoot, but if I have to, I make sure to compensate the model.

- Security and well being of the model is extremely important. I try to do everything in my power to make the models feel safe and secure while working with me. If a model doesn't feel comfortable coming alone, they can bring an escort. I don't mind.
