I am Daniel Velasquez, photographer and professional retoucher, born in Colombia, but my growth in the field of photography began in Buenos Aires, where I acquired my passion for images and later for the retouching of them.

Working as a photographer allowed me to acquire a precise eye for the details, the composition and the behavior of the light. In turn, I acquired knowledge about color correction based on RGB and CMYK, as well as I learned about the color theory, color grading and to have visual criteria.

Currently I work as a freelance retoucher being my goal to find the highest realism and fidelity in the images I retouch. For that I use Mac system, Capture one and Photoshop. I believe that excellence is achieved through dedicated work, seeking continuous improvement and constant learning.

Today I am an accurate person and self-taught, who likes to produce quality images, in time and form, working with speed and efficiency. I like to work independently, but I have interpersonal skills that make me feel comfortable working in a team, where I can learn more, being open to new knowledge and challenges.
