With 2 deadbeat parents and 3 younger siblings, at 18 I thought I was growing up fast. Then, as a senior in high school, I had twins... I've been working my ass off (its only temporary, thank God) to raise my sons, get an education and make ends meet my entire adult life. I've never been too good to clean houses or do dirty, menial tasks for low wages, as long as it paid. For nearly 20 years I've been told I should "be a model," or "be a stripper,' or even just bartend because I was "too pretty for [job]."

I've never felt deserving but I've finally accepted that this is my gift. This is what I've been blessed with and it's time for me to come out of my shell. It's time for me to stop hiding and see how far I can make it.
