Miller’s photography has been published in numerous publications including, National Geographic, The BBC, Newsweek, People Magazine, Reader’s Digest, Ladies Home Journal, Playboy, Nat Geo France, The Huffington Post, Salon, USA TODAY, The New York Times, and The Los Angeles Times. Publications in books include Your Guide to the National Parks, Insight Guide Alaska, Lonely Planet’s Alaska and That’s Sneaky, a children’s book published by National Geographic. Miller’s image of Mt. Denali resides on the tail side of Alaska’s America the Beautiful quarter that was commissioned by the U.S. Mint.
Over the course of his career, Miller has won numerous international, national and state photography awards from organizations including National Geographic, The Wilderness Society, Photo District News and the Michigan Press Photographers Association.
