Hello my name is Matthew Bassett. I grew up in the state of South Carolina, but have lived all over the country. I am a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and attended North Georgia Technical College to study photography. I have only recently returned to South Carolina after living in Los Angeles California the past 8 years.

My short term goals here at Model Mayhem are to gain exposure in the South East, grow my new Instagram @portraits_edge, and to collaborate with more models for photoshoots on location. My long term goal is to hone my craft with Lifestyle Photography.

I am very passionate about photography(@photography_lover76), however I do my best to be easy to work with. I have a lot of patience because sometimes I will need the same in return. Happy New Year to everyone and let's hope 2021 is better than 2020.
