I do use both - modern digital cameras and analog, "old school" medium format film cameras. But I have to admit that I like images captured on classic film more than "plastic" digital images. Mostly I shoot in black-and-white. Mostly in square format. For me a self-developed film with its classic look and aesthetic has more soul in it than just bits and bytes on the memory card.
