My name is Alex Wray. I'm a model, musician, actor, & graphic designer. I've done work for a beauty campaign for Tomy Rivero's Beauty Lab in Manhattan where I've modeled their skin care products in ads. I've also done modeling work for my friend's streetwear brands as well. I've acted in short films and have done background work on Gossip Girl as well as having shot a proof of concept for a film called Born To Kill.
I want to join the Model Mayhem community because I feel as if there's not enough representation for men like me in the modeling scene. I'm a tall black man, with somewhat androgynous features, in touch with both my masculine & feminine side, who's not overweight yet not a twig, on the muscular side with tattoos. I want to show people that being tall and strong while being soft and beautiful is possible. It's not mutually exclusive. I want to make others like me feel comfortable in their skin.
