FASHION AND BROWN BEAUTY aka FABB is the clothing & accessories brand of NYC designer Melanie Melendez, whose creations are inspired by her Dominican and African American roots. Prior to founding her FABB brand in 2016, she earned a bachelors degree in Fashion Design & Merchandising at the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology. With over 10 years experience as a technical designer she is now focusing on her 1st love of fashion, Corsetry. Each FABB corset is single-handedly designed and constructed by Melanie who aims to provide a snatched waist, immaculate construction and eye catching details.

Melanie is currently revamping her website and is in search of plus size models for an 8/2022 photo shoot in NYC, date TBA. We look forward to working with all models, especially Afro-Latinas :)
