About Me

I'm a professional photographer. I wanted to become a photographer in my teenage years. Life has made it in a way that I was able to pursue this calling professionally in 2012 only – after a long career in management consulting and coaching (I still practice executive coaching). However, I practiced film photography for many years (I processed and printed my black and white pictures myself).
The coming of digital photography was an opportunity for me to boost my own creativity as well as posing a completely new problem: new digital image processing software did not allow me to produce the images I wanted. Only in 2015 was I able to find the appropriate tools and create the workflow that today is black and white.
I am inspired by humanistic photography. Its masters were Henri Cartier-Bresson, Robert Doisneau and, above all, W. Eugene Smith. My artistic ambition is to have viewers look at my work, experience emotions, allow themselves to dream or tell themselves a story about humanity.
