Elicia has been applying professional makeup since 2004. In 2005 she received her degree in Makeup Design for Television and Film from the Vancouver Film School. She's worked in New York City, Chicago, Wisconsin, Washington, and is currently in California. Working on projects from basic beauty, bridal, fashion, commercial, film, off broadway/theater, special effects, haunted attractions, and much more. In Seattle she had the amazing opportunity to apply makeup on the famous photographer Annie Leibovitz for her television broadcast and lecture at Benaroya Hall. Having a passion for makeup design, working with event planners, building strong work relationships with her clients, and being a quick learner makes her a valuable contributor to the industry.
