Aya is open to modeling for a variety of subjects. She has over 20 years of experience in figure modeling for different artists. She is also open to body-paint, dance, editorial, fashion, glamour, lifestyle, lingerie, underwear, swimwear, parts modeling for hands in particular, and promotional depending on the client.
She has been dancing since the age of five. Classically trained for 8 years, she moved on to modern, hip-hop, and West African during her teenage years. She became more deeply interested by African dance while living in Beirut, Lebanon and also practiced baladi dance (aka belly dance) for several years. During this time she was also studying capoeira. She is now grateful to be practicing African movement and ecstatic dance as a way to maneuver through life. She is happy to have found a peaceful home in the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina.
