About Me

My Photography Portfolio Is At MM#137616
For friend requests, please do me the courtesy of ''some'' form of initial contact ~ leave a tag, comment, or message; send a psychic message; contact me on the astral plane... something! ;-)

Even though I have been focusing this year on improving as a photographer, I'm looking forward to getting back to my first passion: digital art... hence, why I put this portfolio back up. Much of this portfolio showcases older work, but look for my new, improved digital art soon! :-)

About Me
I work as a digital artist, using tools like PhotoShop and other programs to create photo montages, digital paintings, and other types of artistic and fine art images. I also do a lot of photo montage artwork for websites, print, and Video/DVD. As a photographer, I focus mainly on fine art/artistic nudes, glamour/beauty, portraits, fashion, and editorial images (see my photography portfolio at MM#137616).

I LOVE to collaborate with other photographers, make up artists/stylists, and well-known visual artists (painters, illustrators, other digital artists, etc.) whose artwork I would use along with the "source" photographs to create my final artistic images. I can also provide "photo editing" services for your existing photographs (fixing blemishes, removing unwanted elements, adding/changing colors, correcting lighting, creating new backgrounds, blending multiple images, etc).

CALLING ALL YOGIS, DANCERS, TANTRIKAS & GODDESSES
I am begining a project for a series of beautiful and mystical artistic nudes/montages and fine art images celebrating the divine feminine -- transforming dancers, yogis, tantrikas, athletes, and performers into embodied goddesses and feminine deities (think Hindu / Bhuddist / Tantric / Greek / Celtic / Native American, etc.) -- featuring ancient body postures and mudras (hand gestures); yoga asanas; and dance/movement poses... all painted and blended with images of light, color, sanskrit, and energy. Part of the opportunity is that this would become an experiential process for the model... you actually spend time in a session with a trained teacher in one of these arts (tantra, yoga, movement, temple dance, meditation/mudras, contact improv, etc.) and I would be photographing the sessions for use in my digital paintings and montages. If you are a yogi, dancer, performance artist, tantrika, dakini, or otherwise "at home in your body" goddess, drop me a line.

Blessings & Namaste,
Michael (aka Skydancer)
