I have spent most of my adult life in the fitness career field. I am certified by the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA); I also have in depth experience in Pilates instruction, nutrition and supplementation, group exercise and one- on- one personal training for fat loss and muscle gain. I also specialize in training seniors (60+) for increases of lean body mass, fat loss, flexibility, circulation, bone strength, mobility and endurance.

I am not only a fitness professional; I am also an accomplished promotional model with Promo Models, former competitive swimmer and spent much of my teen years as a professional horse trainer.

I love to feel accomplished, like I have done something with myself, which keeps me busy.  I love to be busy and have a purpose.

Modeling is a fun way to express myself and I believe it will help market my business and myself.  I want to model fashion, commercial, and fitness.

I also like doing Promotional work and Trade Shows.  I am bubbly enough but not to over the top for that kind of work. I hope to become a known fitness model that people look up too and would love to work with. 

My main goal is to be a good influence to everyone that I meet and start to get them to think positively about themselves and that they have entire control over their own body.
