Having said that, my rates are very reasonable (just ask).  Keep in mind, shooting with Delilah Squid pretty much guarantees you'll end up looking sexy & luscious, elegant & sophisticated, cute & quirky, bodacious & voluptuous, charming & mysterious, fiery & enchanting, soft & pretty, and downright incredible (genetics and a great team of stylists help, too)!

All sessions with Delilah Squid require an approved hair stylist & a makeup artist so that you look your absolute best.

I like to have fun while I shoot, and playing dress up is a pretty amazing way to make a living!  My work celebrates women (and sometimes men!) of all shapes, heights, colours and abilities.  While shooting, I offer direction (when needed), encouragement, appreciation, and enthusiastic support to all team members -- and taking interesting and fun images requires a strong and happy creative team! 

Shooting for over 16 years with film, and now with digital cameras, as well as teaching myself photo editing for the past 5 years, has given me the time & ability to hone my skills with lighting, composition, and technique -- but there's always more to learn. 

I'd like to say a special thank you to my patient & generous mentor in photography & lighting, Jon Hoadley (MM# 876414).  He's an absolute genius, and a really sweet guy, too! 

Meeting & working with so many talented, inspiring, and innovative people makes my work so interesting and rewarding -- taking someone's picture and showing them how beautiful they are is my career.  I love my job!
