Hello Everyone!
      Thank you for taking an interest in my profile.  Let me tell you a little bit about myself.  My name is Michelle Genesa and I have been in this business for about 12 years now.  It has been a long but exciting and rewarding road.  I started doing makeup in 1995, which mainly consisted of weddings, proms and other special occasions.  At 17yrs old, I did my first pilot show for cbs4.  The next road was working in cosmetics.  I started working for M.A.C. Cosmetics and had the time of my life.  I completed all their certification levels, which starts at basic application, to advanced application, fashion show certified, body painting and covering, and then product specialist.  Now there are more in between but you get the picture.  I have done various trunk shows, Fashion Week- South Beach 3 yrs in a row, more weddings, proms, and other fashion shows for various designers.  I take pride in and have passion for the work that I do.  I come from a long line of different types of artists in my family that goes back generations.  I have learned so much from all of them.  I have always had good work ethics.  I am punctual, reliable, and easy to work with and last but not least but most important professional.  I take my work serious because this is my passion, my love and career.  Well I hope that you have enjoyed my profile and I hope to talk to and/or work with you soon.

NOTE:  One of the most annoying things is to see your work and then to look at the picture and there is no credit to you for the work you've done.  If you want me to name the model, the photographer, hair stylist and wardrobe stylist on the pics in my profile then please give me the same respect.  Remeber word of mouth is the biggest form of advertisement....

NOTE TO ALL PHOTOGRAPHERS AND MODELS:
In a perfect world we all get paid for every assignment and no one has any bills to pay but unfortunately this is not true.  I would love do most of the casting calls and meet and work with new models and photographers but supplies do not grow on trees so please note that for any tf,tfc,tfp shoot that I do there's a kit fee of $50.  For test shooting I charge $75 with a three hour maximum.  You can contact me for additional information on what I charge for other shoots..  I have a lot of experience and I know what I'm doing.  Many thanks......

When I spend hours on a photoshoot and make your photographs come out with amazing artistic makeup I expect you to keep your part as I did mine by showing up and doing my job.  If you have no interest in keeping your part by supplying me with a touched up and finished cd or prints of my work then please do not contact me.  I don't like to chase people to the point of borderline harrasment. And I don't want to search MM to find pictures of my work.  Many thanks........
