2.) I am extremely THOROUGH in Every aspect of my photography including my communication with perspective models!  If you do not have the time to respond in a timely, thorough, professional and courteous manner then I am not the photographer for you!  As with other photographers I have experienced instances with new models and on rare occasion some experienced ones that have issues with following through with responding to emails, returning calls, and not showing up. Please be considerate of my time as I would be considerate of yours. I will reschedule shoots with advance notice ONLY. No shows and late cancellations are unprofessional and will result in ending future talks of working together.

3.) All models are required to sign a model release form prior to shooting. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this. The copyright to the Photographs remains the sole and exclusive property of 21 east. There is no assignment of copyright, agreement for a work-for-hire, or intention to create joint copyright ownership, expressed or implied. However, Models may print and use the Photographs for purposes related to the Models self-promotion as a talent, including but not limited to, portfolios, composite cards, and promotional Internet Websites.
